Exchange and Return Policy

At Zak Pike, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Therefore, we allow exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:


First: Conditions for accepting the application


Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:


1️⃣ If the product is unused and in its original condition

With box, labels and all accessories included.


2️⃣ If the product does not conform to specifications or has a manufacturing defect.


Note: Installing the product on the bicycle is considered use and the order cannot be accepted if the customer changes their mind.


Exempted products

  • Electrical and electronic components after opening or installation
  • Oils and consumables
  • Labels and other products that are consumed or used only once

In the event of a proven manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the customer has the right to a refund without exception.

  • If the reason is a defect or non-conformity:
  • Full refund + shipping costs without discount.


  • If the reason is a change of the client's mind:
  • The customer is responsible for:
  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Electronic payment fees, if applicable


The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.


Return mechanism

  • A request must be submitted via customer service within 7 days of receipt.
  • Attach photos and explanatory video if available.
  • The product is inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets the return conditions.
